1) What benefits can I expect to experience from health & lifestyle coaching?
Coaching is an empowering process that aims to provide you with the skills, knowledge and, most importantly, motivation to reach your goals. My primary responsibility is to develop interventions that will effectively and efficiently facilitate your transition toward your objective. Depending on your health, fitness and/or lifestyle aspirations, you could experience a multitude of beneficial outcomes which include:
Reduced body fat
Improved body composition
Increased muscle definition and tonality
Improved sense of well-being
Increased motivation and self-efficacy
Greater knowledge of the constituents of a healthy lifestyle

3) How much does coaching cost?
The price per house is charged at £40. This fee includes:
A 1-hour coaching session
A professionally tailored personalised exercise program
Access to all Hungry4Fitness resources
Dietary advice and guidance
Health and lifestyle MOT
4) Can I pay weekly?
Yes! – you can pay as you go or, if you would prefer, you can block book 10 sessions at a time. Block bookings come with a 10% discount.
5) How do I pay?
Clients pay via Fresha, which is an independent booking software that acts as an intermediatory between the provider and client. When a payment is made through Fresha, they suspend transactions until the service has been provided. Fresha's payment system is extremely secure as it uses an encrypted cloud database and SSL security procedures.
6) What guarantee do you offer?
No honest coach will guarantee positive outcomes. However, though I can't guarantee that you will achieve your health and lifestyle ambitions, I can guarantee that I will do my utmost to support you. In addition, I guarantee to observe the coaching ethical code of conduct, ensuring to provide you with accurate and contemporary information while striving diligently to provide you with the best possible service.
7) What would happen if I had to cancel a session?
That’s not a problem. As long as there is an available slot your booking would roll over to the following week. However, we do ask that you provide 24hrs notice prior to canceling a session. Failure to do so may result in a late cancellation charge.
8) Can members of my immediate family take part in the coaching sessions?
Though the coaching is designed for 1-2-1 interactions, it can be organised to accommodate multiple people. Because this changes the dynamics of the coaching experience and places additional responsibilities on the coach, an additional fee of £10 per person per session is required.
9) Do I need any exercise equipment?
No! Health, fitness, and lifestyle coaching does not require that you attend a gym or procure exercise equipment. As I identified in the Hungry4Fitness article Outdoor Fitness Training, it is more than possible to maintain fitness without a gym.
