1) What benefits can I expect to experience from the 10 week coaching plan?

The coaching plan can be described as a holistic health overhaul. Though exercise and fitness feature prominently throughout the plan, dietary and lifestyle factors are taken into consideration and strategies will be developed to help you advance to a healthier state. Thus the benefits could* include:

  • Improved physicality

  • Reduced body fat

  • Increased vitality

  • Improved body composition

  • Increased muscle definition and tonality

  • Improved sense of well-being

(*The benefits highlighted above are reserved for people who actively implement the coaching advice and guidance. The plan will not work if the strategies and principals of health and fitness are not instituted into one’s daily routine. Hence ‘could’ and not ‘will’.)

3) How much does the 10 week coaching package cost?

The all-inclusive coaching package costs £300. For this you will receive:

 

 

4) Can I pay weekly?

Yes! – you can pay weekly. However, by paying weekly you will not receive the Hungry4Fitness book of circuits or tailored exercise programme until after the 10th week.

5) How do I pay?

Clients pay predominantly by bank transfer or credit card (via PayPal). Some business clients pay via their company invoicing system. Before coaching commences payment must be made in full.

6) What guarantee do you offer?

If after the first session you are not completely satisfied, you will receive a full, no quibble refund. (Please note: the first session (£25) will be deducted from the refund total.)

7) What would happen if I had to miss a week?

That’s not a problem. You would not be charged for missing a coaching session and it would merely roll over to the following week. However, we do ask that you provide 24hrs notice prior to cancelling a session.

8) Can members of my immediate family take part in the coaching sessions?

Though the coaching is designed for 1-2-1 interactions, it can be organised to accommodate multiple people. Because this changes the dynamics of the coaching experience and places additional responsibilities on the coach, an additional fee of £10 per person per sessions is required.

9) If I felt that I didn’t need the full 10 weeks, can I pay for 5 weeks instead?

You can indeed. If you 10 weeks is too long you could certainly opt for five. A five week coaching plan would cost £175 (additional £25 for the book and 10 week personalised exercise program).

10) Do I need any exercise equipment?

No! The programmes are equally effective even if you do not have access to exercise equipment or a gym.
